Sofia is a certified yoga instructor accredited by Yoga Alliance USA, and teaching yoga is her true passion.

Originally from Moscow, Russia, Sofia holds a degree in law and spent several years working in the field of civil law. Eventually, she felt called to pursue a more meaningful path and moved to India, where she immersed herself in traditional yoga studies under the guidance of experienced Indian teachers and practitioners.

Her journey led her through Rishikesh, Kerala, Dharamsala, New Delhi, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia—exploring various yoga styles and deepening her personal practice and spiritual understanding.

Now based in Los Angeles, Sofia offers Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, and Slow Flow yoga in both private and group settings. Her teaching blends Eastern tradition with a modern, accessible approach, aiming to support her students in building strength, finding balance, and cultivating inner peace.
